Terms of Service Utopia Wellness & Gifts Effective Date: July 18, 2026

Welcome to Utopia Wellness & Gifts. By accessing or using our website (shop.utopiastore.ca), in-store services, or any of our communications (including email and SMS), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Our Services

Utopia Wellness & Gifts is North Vancouver’s metaphysical wellness destination since 2006. We offer crystals, sage, sound healing tools, psychic readings, workshops, and related gifts both in-store at 1826 Lonsdale Avenue and online.

2. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring SMS messages from us (up to 4–8 messages per month) containing store updates, event invitations (including Dream Machine sessions), promotions, booking reminders, and wellness tips.

  • No fees from Utopia Wellness & Gifts — standard carrier message and data rates may apply.
  • To opt out, reply STOP to any message or contact us.
  • Message frequency will not exceed 8 per month without further consent.
  • We respect Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You can re-opt in at any time.

3. Orders, Payments & Shipping

  • All prices are in CAD and subject to change.
  • We accept major credit cards, Shopify Payments, and other methods displayed at checkout.
  • Local pickup in North Vancouver is available. Shipping is offered across Canada.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon shipment.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Eligible Unopened items may be returned within 14 days for a refund or exchange (shipping costs non-refundable).
  • Crystals, sage, and opened wellness items are final sale for hygiene reasons.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including images, text, and product descriptions, is owned by Utopia Wellness & Gifts or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our services, post harmful content, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Utopia Wellness & Gifts is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
