PROCESSING TIME
Orders are packed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday; we are closed Sunday and on holidays). You will receive a confirmation email and tracking when the order ships.

LOCAL PICKUP
Pickup is available at 1826 Lonsdale Ave, North Vancouver during store hours:
Monday–Saturday, 11:00 am – 6:00 pm
Sunday: Closed

We email you when the order is ready. Please pick up within 7 days.

CANADA SHIPPING
We ship across Canada with Canada Post or a comparable carrier.
Typical delivery after shipping:
- Metro Vancouver / Lower Mainland: 1–4 business days
- Rest of BC: 2–6 business days
- Rest of Canada: 3–10 business days

UNITED STATES AND INTERNATIONAL
Available destinations and rates appear at checkout. Delivery times vary. Customs, duties, and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility unless checkout shows they are included.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS
No physical shipping. Files are emailed to the address on your order or available in your account after payment, usually within minutes. Check spam if you do not see the email. Questions: hello@utopiastore.ca

FRAGILE AND NATURAL ITEMS
Crystals, glass, and jewelry are packed with extra care. Natural items vary in colour and shape; photos are examples.

DELAYS
Carriers can delay parcels for weather, holidays, or customs. If nothing arrives within 30 days of the delivery date given at checkout (or 30 days of purchase if no date was given), email hello@utopiastore.ca. You may have cancellation rights under BC law as described in our Return and refund policy.

LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Contact us within 48 hours of the delivery scan or of noticing damage. Keep packaging and send photos. We will open a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund.

FAILED DELIVERY
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we may charge to reship or refund the product minus original shipping.
